Hale Mahina is a very special smaller resort as it's one of the only resorts in the Honokowaii with useable sandy beach. The layout:

Common area: This single floor condo features an open floor plan consisting of a fully remodeled equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, Smart TV with cable, couch with sitting chairs, ceiling fan, work desk area with wireless printer and a view. This is also where the main bedroom is also located but does have pocket door to close off.

Primary Suite: King size canopy bed, and a beautifully remodeled oversized bathroom featuring dual sink vanity, custom walk in shower, plenty of cabinet space and of course a stunning ocean view.

Second bedroom: Queen size bed, closet space, and en suite bathroom. This bathroom features a beautifully remodeled custom walk in shower and single sink vanity.

This condo features a in unit washer/dryer,

Lanai: Dining table with 4 chairs and an out door sectional couch.

There is beach gear for your use which includes beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.

***Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not supply extra after what is stocked. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***

We have a $60 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

This area offers restaurants, beach gear rentals, farmers market, and little shops all within walking distance. Close drive to Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Lahaina town this perfectly located on the westside. Hale Mahina has elevators, free parking, and is one of the best locations in the Honokowaii area.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Please update the description so it accurately matches the unit. There is no bath tub in the unit as advertised and that was a factor in choosing this unit.Otherwise, hard to beat the Hale Mahina.
