It’s equipped with air-conditioning while natural light floods in through French doors, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the expansive wraparound veranda—the perfect place to sip your morning coffee while gazing at the rolling hills rich with wildlife and is furnished with a large dining table and BBQ.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is thoughtfully designed with sleek countertops, quality appliances, and both Breville and Nespresso coffee machines for a fresh morning brew.
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer restful retreats with direct access to the veranda for uninterrupted countryside views, each styled with soft linens and curated décor, plus ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and a full ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed, while a charming third bedroom comes with two bunk beds, perfect for travelling with the kids or friends. The bathrooms are sleek and modern, with the ensuite boasting a walk-in shower, while the main bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub and separate shower.
Additional amenities include an internal washing machine and dryer, ample parking on the driveway and a secure bike shed, making it easy to store gear for exploring Nannup’s renowned trails.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
