Fully furnished one bedroom one bath, tiny house with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, BBQ, large 30-inch fridge, washer and dryer bedding, towels etc.
The bed is a Murphy bed so it will tuck away and you can use this room for exercising, yoga etc., doing art or drop the table to create a spacious work space for using your computer or doing crafts.
Nice furnished decks and patio outside, one small deck is covered for all year use, fully fenced yard and lots of parking.

The living room has a queen hide-a-bed, so you could have guests.
