The renovations look nice, the pool is clean and the breakfast room was very clean and well stocked. The room was clean and the customer service when I needed a late night sheet change for my little one was great! Check in was a bit of a disaster because they wouldn’t accept my debit card as payment and my parents had to come down and give them their credit card. This was not disclosed in the booking at all.

The stay was absolutely lovely. Nice staff, had a continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, and the beds/pillows were so comfy. Nice spacious room. The pool is only 3 feet deep, but still nice to swim in. My only complaint is that the shower had a weird ringing sound that was annoying but I think that was just a faulty tap and not reflective of other rooms. Lots of fantastic hiking trails, water, and beaches to visit that are nearby, and there is a local store with goats on the roof 10min from the hotel that is worth a visit.

I stayed here many times, as the breakfast was great, now its terrible. No more hot breakfast options except a waffle. I was charged an additional pet fee when it was included with my reservation. Very misleading. I was here on business, and not sure I will stay here again unless management makes things right.

I like the new improvements and upgrades they have done and are doing to the property... New beds, furniture, complete paint out and carpets in rooms.... The last time there a couple years ago it was getting very tired.. Very good with a continental breakfast included.. Excellent and would stay again.,..

Excellent room with a fridge, micro and Kuerig! Good tv, 2 Great beds, super clean. Just Continental Breakfast so a bit disappointed in that but over all super happy. I believe this oroperty has been recently renoed but not sure of all rooms. Indoor pool and hot tub.

I do not have too many positives to say. Staff is very friendly but that is about all. Hotel needs some major renos. Vending machines only work part time and they only have one for the whole hotel. Wanted a wake up call and never got it. Breakfast is very limited,

The stay was nice but I had family from Europe stay and it was embarrassing with breakfast in the mornings. For what you have to pay to stay in this Hotel they did not have proper cutlery it was bamboo and plastic this is fine for fast food places like Tim Hortons and McDonalds but not in a Hotel there should be proper cutlery. It makes the Hotel look bad. Otherwise the stay was great.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are newly renovated. Simple design, no carpets in the rooms. The staff we interacted with were very friendly but seemed more interested in each other than with hotel guests. The breakfast was limited and the hotel was way overpriced for the amenities and the post labour day time of year.

Lovely place, very new and clean. Loved the breakfast. Air conditioning did not work so well. Found it a little hot in the room at night. Great we could have our dog. Nice to have a swimming pool and hot tub.
