Front desk staff were nice but didn’t wow me upon arrival. Rooms are nice and spacious. Nothing fancy but definitely nice. Elevator was broken (one out of two) and that was hugely inconvenient as we had to wait quite a long time.

This is nice, convenient, comfortable hotel in Nanaimo. The restaurant was very good (breakfast and dinner). The staff was particularly friendly upon our arrival. Parking was a bit complicated, the area surround the hotel was under construction, but we found it very conveniently located nonetheless.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel for our marriage anniversary. They decorated our room beautifully upon our request, which made the occasion even more special. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary sweets and a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The customer service was outstanding; the staff kept checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!
