โรงแรมใหม่ อยู่ติดสนามบินน่านนคร ที่จอดรถมีเพียงพอ สามารถมาจอดในพื้นที่ด้านหลังโรงแรมได้ ห้องพักค่อยข้างเงียบสงบ นอนสบายดีและสะอาดมาก มี WiFi Free บริการ Speed เร็วดี อาหารเช้าวันที่ไปพักเป็นข้าวต้มหมูสับ ปาท่องโก๋ ขนม ผลไม้ กาแฟโอวัลติน ก็โอเคนะ แต่ตอนเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาท์ จะไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำที่นี่ ต้องเดินไปเอากุญแจ คีย์การ์ด และรีโมทแอร์-ทีวี ที่โรงแรมเควัน โมเดิร์น อาร์ต ซึ่งอยู่เยื้องๆ กัน ก็อาจจะไม่ค่อยสะดวกนิดหน่อยตรงนี้ นอกนั้นโดยรวมๆ ก็ถือว่าโอเค
