Switched rooms 4 times in one night. Receptionist was well aware she placed me in a different room than I booked. Did not get to sleep until the next day, losing a night out of my booking. Beds were also uncomfortable, towels were old and threadbare, and shower stalls desperately need an upgrade.

The staff is very nice, always greeting me with a huge smile. They are all very helpful. The hotel is very well kept, although some rooms are better than others. I stayed at the beginning of my trip and had a nice room with a very comfortable bed, however when I returned, the room I got on the second floor was a little more dated, and the mattress waz lumpy and uncomfortable. If you're looking for a property in the CBD, the location is great. I will definitely return because of their staff.
