Big disappointment
Overnight stay to connect to our connecting flight. Air conditioning didn’t work in both rooms during night, meaning it was boiling hot in the rooms. The next day (Sunday), brunch was hosted with blurring music making it impossible to relax. Do NOT recommend this property at all. We previously stayed at the Crown Plaza, which was excellence, and will make sure to go back there when in Nairobi next.

This was a really cool stay. Upon arrival, guest services gave us a complimentary welcome drink, and helped to usher our bags to our room. The buffet lunch and dinner had a variety of options, and the pool and bar area were a lot of fun. Not sure if the DJ was there for a birthday or if it’s a regular weekend occurrence, but it definitely lifted the mood. We had stayed 4nights at the PanPacificSuites, but would enjoyed this stay much more.
