The space
Upon entering your accommodation you will be instantly met by the beautiful country views via the entrance hall floor to ceiling window. Please make yourselves at home by making full use of the seated shoe storage unit and coat rack.
Relax in the spacious open plan living area with four-seater corner sofa, TV and dining table for four. Via two large patio doors you can soak in the peaceful countryside views or venture out on to your own private patio and relax with a drink or a good book on our patio furniture.
Kitchen: a gathering place for friends and family, a place where memories are homemade and seasoned with love. Our fully fitted kitchen is at your disposal to cook, create and enjoy.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, full length mirror and black out blind. The ensuite has a rainfall shower and separate handset as well as an led mirror with shaving charger, demister and bluetooth so you can enjoy your favourite tunes whilst showering.
Bedroom 2 is a superking bed which can be separated into two single beds upon request. Again this room has a chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, a full length mirror and black out blind. The ensuite has a rainfall shower and separate handset as well as an led mirror with shaving charger and demister.
Towels, toiletries and hairdryer are included.
All bedding and soft furnishings are of the highest standard.
Guest access
The property is newly built, modern and spacious. There is free parking in front of the accommodation for two cars.
Access to the property is via a lock box located on the right hand side of the entrance door. Please make sure you return the key to the lock box each time you leave the property and upon your departure. Lost keys will charged for.
The outdoor patio area which is accessed from the living area is for your private use.
Other things to note
Please note our family home is attached to this accommodation which is accessed via an internal door which will be locked during your entire stay. Our family consists of 2 girls 11 and 13 years old and our miniature Schnauzer dog Freddy.
The guest living area is completely self-contained and has it's own lockable front door and rear patio doors. Should you need us at anytime please call my mobile telephone number.
