Excellent hotel to stay in Nagoya
Efficient check-in & check-out. Good room layout which is sufficient for two guests with two large luggages to move around, pack/unpack, relax and rest. Generous in-room hotel supplies which are sufficient even for long stay customers (who do not request daily room make-up) without the need and inconvenience to ask for refill at front desk. Staff are also flexible in responding to customers' needs. Free drinks at cafe during 10am to 8pm is added plus enabling tired guests to have a comfotable place with tables to chat. relax & relief thirsty before returning to room. Excellent breakfast with well balanced variety and quality and dishes are refilled quickly. Sound proof is very good which is seldom nowadays in other hotels. The best hotel ever during my stays in Japan. The only issue is the pillow and mattress do not suit my body and I need to made these up using towel and pyjamas to improve sleep quality. Will book this hotel again the next time I travel to Nagoya.

Good option for a short stay in Nagoya
A very good and convenient stop close to the Nagoya railway station. Not easy to find at night with Google Maps however. Clean and quiet.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. There was construction working going on next door 24/7 when we were there. Room was compact but had good facilities. Lawson over the road, and the station was about a 5 minute walk, but took longer due to crossing two roads and the time it takes the lights to change.

Excellent location Good greeting and service by staff Excellent size TV The only issue I have is the bed. Whenever my partner or myself move a little during sleep, it always wake up the other person. The bed linen is also not very kind to my skin. I can usually fall asleep quickly in most locations, but not here in this hotel..

Fantastic 1 night stay at this modern and clean hotel. Well located near Nagoya station with a convenience store just across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary beverages were a plus and breakfast is delicious.

We are impressed by the quality of the service provided by the staffs. Although checking in is via self service kiosks, the staffs are there to assist. The hotel looks new and there is a cafe that serves food. The guests can enjoy free complimentary drinks during their stay. The toiletries are available at the hotel lobby. Guests can help themselves to them. The room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. Toilet and shower area are separated. The room is equipped with a smart TV, a kettle, iron and board, coffee making machine, tablet for information and hair dryer We didn’t have our room clean during our 3 nights stay but we received clean towels and pyjamas everyday. They will be hung on our door. Very thoughtful of the hotel.
