Nice hotel close to Nagoya station. A little inconvenient for us because the elevator to access underground passage to the station was out of service when we were there. Plenty of shops & eateries around the hotel. Our room was clean. A bit small with 2 large suitcases but ok.

Location was very accessible, less than 5 min from train station. Room was very clean and has all things essential, including phone charger. Depending on your room, you may get a very nice city view. I'd go back again.

just a few minutes walk from nagoya station, mitsui garden hotel is on oasis in the midst of a big city. their onsen (bath) is just perfect after a long day of travel. super convenient, new, great service. nothing at all bad to say!

Glad to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Nagoya, there's a direct entrance to the JR and metro station. We got a room on the highest floor with an amazing view of the city. Despite the room was a bit small, everything else was what we expected like other Mitsui Garden in terms of cleanliness, comfortable bedding and friendly staff!

Excellent property in a very convenient location.
This is the second time I stayed at this property while traveling to Nagoya. The property is well maintained and I choose it because of the Mitsui Garden brand, public bath, and location. The view from the room is also a great asset of this property.

Very close to railway station was great. A nicely preserved hotel although dining options at the hotel was limited. No room service and the restaurant seemed to fill up quickly leaving us with no option but to eat out. Not a huge problem normally.

This hotel is located in the front of Nagoya station area and very convenient with under pass. Very Clean and comfort for the room and public spaces. In addition, breakfast is tasty as well as plenty of food.

Typically hotels in Japan are small. But i am happy to stay in Mitsui and Mitsui chain would always be the first choice when finding accomodation in Japan.
