This hotel is located among many office buildings, with two metro station nearby at different directions. Waking to Nagoya station may take 25 minutes.

The hotel was fine, there was a little dirt on the floor around the edges, but still fine for what I needed. The hotel staff were polite and left me alone. I would take your own pillows as the pillow in the room was weird and uncomfortable. All in all the room was satisfactory and I would stay again.

Good with car park first come first service for hotel guess in only 1,000 yarn per night. Conscience for family with driving car in the city. Rooms in spaces.

Location is great, walking distance from Nagoya train station (JR, Meitetsu, Kintetsu) through Uni-Mall or taxi for less than 1000yen (USD10). Building a bit older style but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and called us taxi to go to Nagoya station to take Meitetsu mu-sky express airport train to Nagoya Airport (Centrair). Will stay there again. Highly recommended

You need to push your luggages up the overhead bridge to reach the hotel from the train station. Hotel room is reasonably sized. However, the wallpaper in the room were peeling, mirrors were slanted when we checked in, beds were creaky. Bathroom was small but is adequate. Front office staff was friendly. However, some of them do not speak good english. So it depends on their shift whether you get an english speaking staff. This hotel requires guests to return the room card to the front office everytime they leave the hotel. Otherwise, the housekeeping will not be able to access your room. Do not lose your key. Heavy penalty compared to other hotels.

The room and bathroom were a little smaller than what I expected, but were both full of amenities that I really appreciated, e.g., shoe horn, razors, LAN cable, hair dryer, small under-counter refrigerator, etc.) I also liked the spacious lobby with the free coffee and space to meet and organize. Finally, I also liked that the property had a self-laundry area, even though I did not make use of it.

I made the booking with breakfast included but ??not shown in the hotel's system. Not sure, b'coz the first staff did mentioned "with breakfast" but didn't gave me the breakfast cards. When I noted that I go back to the counter but didn't see that staff so I asked another staff about it. That staff said my booking didn't included breakfast. After I showed her my email of confirmation of booking she finally gave me the breakfast card. *Extra: the states of booking with breakfast is not shown in expedia app!!!

Good location & clean but very warm in the room
Good location but there is no air conditioning despite it was turned on. That makes the room really warm. We had to open the window & thus very noisy. We did not have a good sleep. The front desk said I had 2 reservations when checking in. It took time for them to sort it out.
