The hotel overall is very pleasant. The breakfast is good. The banning of people with Tattoos from the baths is poor and the beds are too hard these days.

The hotel is acceptable but not great. The back street has a lot of clubs, girls standing on the stairs and streets, not very good since I am traveling with a teenager. Breakfast ends at 9 which might be common in Japan but for foreigner this is too early. Walk to subway is far, not 5 min as some review said. The public bath is indeed very good.

何処のビジホでもそうですが、UBの隅の方がカビが生えたり汚れていたりで少しガッカリですが客室はキレイで清潔感が有り空気清浄機や消臭剤が設置されているのは嬉しい。車で行ったので駐車場代が気になったのですが中心街にも関わらず1泊1500円で良心的でした。

大通りが近いので、夜にバイクの音が響いてました。そして隣の音（ガタガタ）や、遅く帰ってきて、部屋の外で喋る声がうるさいのは残念でした。お風呂の温度設定がやりづらい。途中ぬるくなるし水圧が弱い。エアコンの調整難しかった。チェックインの時、ガンガンに冷房効いてたので温度下げたら今度はなかなか冷えなくて困った。 ただ、カードキー抜いても冷房切れないのはこの時期はありがたい。 朝食、混むので早めにと事前に聞いてたので、6時半オープン前に行った。既に15人ほど並んでいた。メニューは充分だった。パンが美味しかった。特にクロワッサン。飲み物のコップが少し小さいかも。 接遇については何の不満もなく、総合的によいホテルだったと思います。
