The hotel is 5 minutes from the JR Nagasaki station, 5 minutes from the tram stop, and 5 minutes from the airport shuttle bus stop. The location is convenient for all the main sites, which are easily accessible by tram or by foot.
The hotel is clean, but a bit old, and smells musty. The staff are friendly and will help you eagerly if you ask for it, but I think that you need to be able to speak Japanese. One staff member was particularly nice and helpful to me, while the other was a bit greasy.
The hotel offers free wifi, but you have to ask for it, as it is not readily available. They need to personally set it up for you.
The hotel is next to a big shopping centre as well as several convenience stores, so it's convenient to get your food there.
