Desperately needs renovated
The staff tried very hard to provide exceptional service, but the reality is that this hotel is very tired and desperately needs renovated. The decor and facilities are very dated. It is clean but 20 past due for a makeover. Curtains held together by duct tape say it all

朝食は大変満足です。
長野に寄る際は必ず使わせて頂きますが、今回の南館のお部屋は、エアコンの温度調節できず、大変暑い日でしたので、落ち着きませんでした。 朝食はいつもの通り、大満足です。

出張後ゆっくりと金曜夜泊まりました。
少々古い面もありますが、格式高いシティホテル。繁華街の権堂まで歩いて5分ですが、ホテル周りは閑静。部屋は広く、ゆっくり過ごすのにおすすめ。新聞もサービスですし、和朝食も美味しかったですよ。
