In hygienic laundry service. They wash my clothes and returned it in the same dirty bag that I gave them. I demanded rewash in a separate clean bag that they did .

We were given incorrect info on Sunday church service. Disappointing to arrive with just five minutes to go. Noisy neighbours until 2am before our early departure. Porter did not show up to assist with bags at departure. Pleasant villa room in garden setting. Restaurant staff helpful. Nice pool, family friendly.

The staff at this hotel deserve every praise, their service is top notch and better than some 5 star hotels! From the reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone was super helpful, friendly and genuine. The food was also great for the price. It's a family friendly hotel and the onsite gym is better equipped than some 5 star hotels. If you are here for longer than an overnight stay, opt for rooms away from the main road as it can be quite noisy.

At this point, I am very sure that I will not check this hotel again. This hotel's bathroom had no water pressure, and the cleanliness was very poor. The staff was friendly and told people what the upper so-called management had instructed them. But it could have been a better experience.

Toka toka being adjacent to the airport is ideal for stays at the beginning and end of holidays. For families with the great pool facilities and the new playground equipment it’s ideal.

Always great to stay at Tokatoka. This time around, the service in Restaurant was particularly good. Chef Bimlesh helped in creating custom menu for our large group of 23 - allowing us to relax and dine after a long day of activities with family. Overall very happy.
