Pearl House is walking distance to the train station, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Museum of Art and a 5 minute drive from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The entire house has been refreshed recently, including the addition of a new downstairs bath. The four bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests and a sleeper sofa in the living area will add two more if needed. The sunny backyard features a comfortable sitting area with sun umbrella and a gas BBQ grill. Very comfortable, clean, well-laid out for our family and only a block from the shops and restaurants. We will have fond memories of evenings on the screened-in front porch. Experienced owners are easy to contact and have been very thoughtful in how they manage and present their former home of 10 years. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect, right in the village of Mystic. So many shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as the Seaport Museum and more. The location was perfect- just a few steps away from the charming Mystic business district, yet the house was quiet inside.It was nicely outfitted with plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen equipment. Great house for groups, easy walk to downtown Mystic!
This fabulous house, a block from downtown Mystic, worked well for our family group of six adults! The house is charming, with lovely art (at least one signed by the owner, if I’m not mistaken), great landscaping, and fresh cut flowers, books, and games. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals, and we also grilled in the backyard. Also nice to walk to many restaurants. Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. Also loved the porch! The owners responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend!!!

Phenomenal location - steps away from downtown mystics shops, cafe’s restaurants. We walked to the Seaport museum which was a nice ~15min walk through town and across the drawbridge. Kids loved the house toys and “hidden playground” 5 min away. Property was exactly as described. Clean with plenty of towels, kitchen items etc so didn’t need to bring much.

We stayed in Mystic for Easter weekend. The Pearl is less than five minutes from the heart of town. We walked everywhere, including the Mystic Seaport Museum. The house is clean, tasteful, and comfortable. Anne's communication with us was personal and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

Fun weekend in a great location!
This was the perfect spot for an extended weekend away with our three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9). The house was the perfect size and more than enough room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and all cabinets were labeled, making it super easy to find what you needed. There were a ton of toys for the kids to play with, and a huge array of DVD movies. The house is in a fantastic location - walking distance to historic downtown Mystic. Its a quick drive if you want to venture over to the aquarium and outdoor shops. The owners were fantastic with communication and provided all the information needed for an easy check in. Highly recommend this property!

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house that is just a few steps away from downtown Mystic. The four bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and the house had all the amenities for a comfortable stay during chilly winter nights. We enjoyed walking to Main Street for dinner and shopping, as well as taking a scenic walk along the river. We also took advantage of the vast DVD collection to watch a movie together, and enjoyed playing a card game at the large dining room table. One family member commented repeatedly about how clean the house was. Great time, highly recommended!
