Book this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean front condo in a gated community now! Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the balcony and sit back and listen to the sounds of the ocean which could even lull you to sleep. As you relax in the living room you may see a fishing boat or a dolphin through the window. You may enjoy the sounds of the seagulls and might even see pelicans diving down in to the ocean to catch their meal. This amazing condo is located on the 12th floor of the Brighton Tower in Kingston Plantation. & Villas. This a new rental with new owners. We want you to feel welcome, special and, taken care of and make great memories at the beach and have the best Myrtle Beach vacation ever.

The summer in Myrtle Beach is just amazing and with this condo, the beach is a stone throw away with so much to do. The many bars in Myrtle has live music which adds to the fun. Maybe you fancy seeing a comedian at one of the comedy clubs, or see a show at one of the fabulous theaters. Myrtle Beach has so much to offer families, friends, couples and children.

Here's some information about our condo
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need to cook a meal or bake in. You can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table which has views of the beach and waterpark (unfortunately, guests do not have access to the water park). Relax on the balcony with your coffee or cocktail. The view is gorgeous and you can see miles of coastline in every direction on a clear day.

SLEEPING AREAS
There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. Bedroom 1 is located at the back of the property and has spectacular views of the ocean. A sliding door opens onto the balcony. This spacious room has a king-sized bed and an En suite with a walk in
shower and toilet. There is a separate area with an large LED mirror, twin sinks and ample cupboard and drawer space to store all your toiletries. The bedroom also has a walk in closet with lots of space.

Bedroom 2 is located off the hallway on the side of the condo. It has 2 queen beds and an adjacent full bathroom with tub and shower combination. There are TVs in both bedrooms. The TVs in both bedrooms and living room are smart TVs with roku remote controls.

OTHER ROOMS
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you would expect to cook or bake meals for your family etc. It has a Keurig, electric kettle, white dinnerware and much more. The living room, dining room and kitchen are direct ocean front and the views are always amazing. Throughout the condo it has waterproof, laminate floor. You can see the spectacular sunrises from the balcony or from the beach which is an elevator ride down and just steps away.

KINGSTON PLANTATION
Kingston Plantation has several restaurants which offer ocean front dining, casual dining with take out and delivery services to the condo. At the entrance to the resort you will find a pizza shop, pub, a seasonal ice cream shop and golf cart hire. There is a Starbucks located in the Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotels. Our home in Brighton Towers offers free Guest Parking, 24 hours security, free Wifi, communal outdoor pools and a hot tub.

RENTAL RATES
Rental rates and minimum length of stay varies by season. We do offer a minimum of 3 days only in the off season. So how about taking a shopping trip for Christmas in late November early December. The rates are lower and, the holiday season is fun at Myrtle Beach and the shopping great! There are amazing shows too so contact us if your are looking for an off-season vacay.

Great place
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable condo right on a private not crowded beach, in a very nice and easily accessible building this is a great choice. It has everything you need and very attentive, easily reachable owners. Only downside is you have to look over to an awesome pool/water park everyday that you do not have access to being that it’s another hotel, and kids might not be happy about that! We will definitely be back!

A beautiful stay!
Our time in North Myrtle Beach was delightful thanks to our stay at Brighton Tower in the Kingston Plantation. The facilities were immaculate and gorgeous and the beach and pool were as well. Not too crowded. Parking was a breeze. Lots to do and see nearby. The condo and the balcony were wonderful and allowed us all to relax when we weren't on the go. We would certainly stay here again. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The condo and the view were even better than what was expected. The condo and property were both clean and well maintained. The extra things provided, especially the beach chairs, were great since we did not have to bring ours from home. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place that is close to the beach.

Beautiful condo and amazing beach!
The condo is very spacious and beautifully updated. The beach is huge, so you never feel crowded. The owners are super nice and the condo was very well equipped with items in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our family. The outside property is really pretty and theres a covered parking garage. I wish the pool was bigger, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Theres an outlet mall very close by. We loved our stay and we will be back for sure! You can tell by the communication from the owners and the binder that she made with information and recommendations that they really care about their guest and want you to enjoy your stay.

Spectacular view!
My family and I had such an enjoyable time here. Everything you could need while on vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked so no running out to buy additional pans or utensils. I could of sat on the balcony reading all day and never moved. The beach is perfect and we hope to return either later this summer or next summer

Great Vacation Rental
Great vacation rental! The owner was easy and great to work with. Owner communicated everything needed and responded back in a timely manner if you needed anything. The entire process was seamless. The property was very nice and the condo was cute and clean and had everything my family needed to enjoy our trip. The ocean front property was family friendly with different pool options and with a great balcony and awesome beach/ocean views. I would definitely recommend this rental property and we are already planning a trip back.

Loved everything about this place. It was clean, check in was easy. Everything you need for a great beach trip was included. Had beach chairs and umbrella. Boards for the kids to use. Games and movie in the room. Overall a wonderful place.
