The location was great. Wonderful views. Friendly and helpful staff. I was told by the front desk that I was overcharged by Hotels.com for my stay, so that was irritating. The concierge said "Its the off-season, I am actually mad that they charged you this rate!" Unfortunately, I had already paid online so they couldn't help me with this.
