As a HILTON MEMBER, We were completely dissatisfied tring to CELEBRATE our wedding anniversary.. The room was NASTY, BUGS CRAWLING around, guess were LOUD, DISRESPECTFUL, SMOKING in ROOMS & HALLWAYS and it was ok because they were BEING CHARGED. This was indeed our worst statmy ever at a HILTON.

This was the perfect spot for my teenage daughter, her friend and me. The room had lots of space and a little "separate" sitting room, which was perfect for us. The girls sat in there to watch videos after I had gone to bed and I sat there in the morning to have coffee and read while they slept in. The breakfast was fantastic. The only issue for me was the parking - it looked like the only option was to valet park ($25/day), unless you were lucky enough to grab a nearby open spot ($15/day). I very much recommended staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool with two water slides and 3 jacuzzis as well as a lazy river was a major plus. We didn’t expect that to all be in doors. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only hick up was breakfast the first day they seemed to be out of plates when there was a lot of guest still trying to eat and were slow about bringing more out as well as keeping the food stocked. The next day though they were better prepared so I’m thinking they weren’t expecting to be so busy with off season. Overall was a great place to stay with children!

Gets the big details right
Excellent location, solid hotel. The pool facilities were strong, the brunch very good (although on second day there was a half hour plus of no available pastries). The people were very nice. The gym was kinda falling apart -- one piece of cardio equipment not plugged in/no wire, the bench missing a piece to be able to adjust headrest, the resistance machine and barbels more than a bit worn out by salt air. Fooz ball machine also had a broken piece, popular ping pong table could have used a twin. And the need for valet parking added big delays into days (more than 15 minutes each time). The big things are great, but improvements possible on the margins.

All the way from Georgia celebrating our daughters 10 b day for 1 night and it was worth it!! Everything we could want appears to be in walking distance. This room is perfect for us….thank you for the getaway!!!

The beds were so bad we all woke up crippled. The bathroom was not terribly clean, the valet only parking couldn’t handle our SUV with a roof rack so we had to park down the street in public parking. The elevators had lines- all would have been a nightmare during peak season.

Great breakfast
Excellent staff. Fantastic breakfast. However, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our internet TV never worked after being assured it was. This was of great concern because we have 80 year old parents who are accustomed and. it for the stay. Rooms were not stocked with amenities and the temperate was off. Close to everything.
