This place is outdated, and the room was the worst. The toilet made high pitched noises every time you flush and there were burn marks and old nasty carpet and the beds were very old and made like Motel 6. Seriously a waste of money

Not the cleanest. But the pools and view is good. The shops and restaurants in the resort were nice. Staff was friendly. The standard room is small and big enough for only 2 people. There were bugs and the the balcony was dirty.

Do not stay here, the property is run down. Rooms are not clean, balcony doors barely open. They do not provide housekeeping service unless you ask after 3 days. Parking garage is very tight, elevators barely work, indoor pool was unable to be used due to strong/horrific smell, most of the property has an unpleasant odor, and cannot enjoy balcony due to constant smoking by other people (even though it is a smoke free property)

Me and the kids loved it a lot, I just personally think the property should be updated or renovate some stuff, maybe paint I don’t know. It was not bad just that it looks a bit old. Other than that excellent! I would definitely recommend it.

me and my family stayed here for 2 days three nights and the first night was fine but when my son work up he said there was a bug on his pillow and come to find out it was a bed bug! He killed it and my other son was in the other bed in the room when we looked over at his bed and he saw another one crawling towards my son. We woke him up immediately and made him get out of the bed and killed the other one. After that me and my husband check r the other beds in the other room but didn’t see anything. We then proceeded to walk down to the front desk and let her know what was going on and even took the bed bug to the front desk for her to see. She informed us that she would hav to contact pest control and they would have to come and check the room and for us to sit tight. An hour had passed by and we called down to the office and was told that they were waiting on someone to contact them about the time and my husband went down there and was told that they were waiting on house keeping to come in so that they could get another room cleaned for us. We left and went to eat and on the way back i got a call stating that a new room was ready and to come pick up the keys. We moved our stuff to that room and room wasn’t the cleanest but it was better because it no nasty bugs! Overall it was an ok stay other then this major issue and they were prompt on getting us a new room. We enjoyed the water park and lazy river but overall not the cleanest place and we will not return.

The property is very clean. I think it’s a known fact Myrtle has seen better days but this resort does it’s best with keep up. Employees were friendly and you could see and smell constant cleaning was happening. Hallways and elevators pretty old but the rooms were all redone and very nice. The kids loved all the access to games and golf and the water park onsite and the beach and beach store is only a few steps away. Great trip experience we will book again.

Building was definitely not top priority when it came to cleaning... Ice machine in room made yellowish colored ice. Light in the indoor pool was falling out of its socket holding on only by the power cord an front desk seemed like they didn't care.. Front outdoor pool edges were falling off exposing the ground behind it. Back outdoor pool was in good condition, beach access was awesome.. Beach area was kept very clean..

I didn’t like that the room was not in the main building, but the worst part was I found the room much different from the photos. The chair in the living room was filthy ( I have a picture of it) one sat on it. When you find something like that it makes you wonder about the cleanliness. The balcony could have use cleaning. I would not go back.
