The kitchen counter features two bar stools for casual dining or a quick snack.
To the right, you’ll discover a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet. The nearby bedroom is designed for comfort, offering two full beds, a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and plenty of room to relax.
Step onto the balcony from the living room and take in the refreshing ocean view while enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink in the two Adirondack chairs. To the left of the living room, the dining area comfortably seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a small laundry room with a washer/dryer combo.
The master bedroom, located beyond the main living area, provides a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a ceiling fan, a 32” TCL Smart TV, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet.

There is a bin on deck has lawn chairs, buggy and umbrella, you are free to use, but please return for next guests.
We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

There are two parking passes, that must be put on your vehicle. There is a sharpie there to label them with your information. $100.00 fine if parking pass is not there for next guest.

- No Trespassing
- No Smoking (If there are signs of smoking on the property, $100.00 fine will be assessed.)
All Vehicles Must Be Property Licensed And Display the Required Parking Pass
Violators Will Be Towed And/Or Prosecuted
