Property is average for the area, older hotel with scuffs on furniture and walls, with stains on the carpet. A lot of dust could be openly seen behind the beds, as if no cleaning had ever been done there. Boards underneath the mattresses were not in place, sticking out, and had to be repositioned. Calls were made three days in a row asking for clean towels and toilet paper, which never arrived. We ended up having to take some toilet paper rolls off a cleaning cart in the hallway. Views are spectacular, ruined only by the constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes coming from other balconies.

Nice area and hotel was great. The only complaint I had was the bed. Every time I moved it made a noise. So it would wake my husband if I got up for any reason. Couldn’t read display on ac unit so had to guess on temperature. Loved the location though.

The front desk was nice upon checking in. The resort was steady but not overcrowded. The parking across a busy street was an inconvenience. This is avoidable staying somewhere else a few blocks down. The access to the beach from the north tower required walking past the loading and laundry side of the resort, which was very noisy and busy from active maintenance/construction. The junior sweet had a few noticeable issues: 1. The cover to the card reader was missing 2. The lock to the dining room balcony was broken, meaning the sliding door could not stay shut. 3. The whole suite had a musty smell, suspected from soft furniture and smoke stains on the ceiling (although we requested non-smoking) 3. No napkins or paper towels provided in the kitchen, and only 1 fork, 2-3 spoons, no hand or dish soap. We were very limited by this when eating in. 4. Bed sheets had noticeable stains 5. Hard surfaces in the bed & bathroom were noticeably dirty. Housekeeping only changed the trash and replaced towels. 6. The curtain rods on both balcony windows were not attached.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The furnishings were a bit outdated, but everything was good. The bed was comfortable. The oceanfront view was simply amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Fall Family Trip
The area is very peaceful . Couple of places to walk to for food. The North Tower is very quiet since no pools have it. We loved the heated pools and the kids amenities. Our room was very spacious and most of the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the free admission tickets to area attractions. Getting one free was a nice bonus. House keeping checked on us each day. Only minor things like hotel is showing some age. Our room had minor things. Over all was very pleased. Our grandson loved it. The view from the condo was so nice.
