Made do for a special occasion!
The rooms had no comfortable seating, pure basics, bed was hard as a rock(came home with back aching) and you couldbarely turn around in the batroom/shower. Exterior and interior was nice but once you got to our floor, you could tell it was an oldhotel that had been reskinned. Was disappointed with our room. Our Father brought his two adult daughter's and spouse's for a fun weekend to watch Christmas show at Alabama!

We had a lot of fun and it was decently clean. The view was nice and the hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was a little dirty.

We stayed 4 nights and no room cleaning services or making the beds at all. We asked for additional towels/toilet paper at front desk. That was it. Wish daily room service (or every other day room service) is back.

We left the door open to our balcony and then went down to the pool for an hour. We came back to our room and there were hundreds of gnats in the room. The hotel manager didn’t apologize. He just said it would take some time to see what was available because I wanted to change rooms. The maintenance man who helped us was amazing. I wish I had his name.

Do Not Book Through A Third Party!
I went through a company (Hotels.com) and I reserved and paid for a room with a king-size bed. However, when I checked in, I received a room with two full-size beds. I was told since I went through a third party, my reservations could be changed. Totally unacceptable!
