One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Multiple family members booked rooms, all either had bed bugs, mold or were just nasty. And the staff was very rude. Our beds were full of bugs, they couldn't switch rooms so we had to sleep in the parking lot with our children in the car until 5am until another room became available. I was told my money would be refunded that night, which was a lie. They are refusing to give me a refund until the room gets inspected by a bug company. But we watched them hurry and change the beds and bedding. My other family member that had bugs also was told they couldn't change rooms at all. And was also promised a refund that prob won't happen either. We have videos of the bed bugs and also of the staff washing puke from around the pool and all the dirt from the pool area into the actual pool. This is one hotel were everything looks good online and on paper but is literally a roach hotel in reality. Because yes, they had cockroaches too. Will def be reporting this business to the local health department

Place has very poor upkeep. Door knobs falling off. Stains on everything. Toilet that didnt flush. Roaches. One elevator was under repair the other one was down more than half the time of our stay. Everytime you left the property the room key card wouldn't work upon return and needed to be reactivated. Floor had huge gouges in it. Security lock on door not even attached properly. The pool and the view were surprisingly very nice tho. Location was a bit of a ways from the boardwalk but had some nice stuff only a few minutes walk away. Met four staff members and it was a 50/50 split with good and bad. Plenty of on-site parking. I definitely would not stay again or recommend to anyone I know.

Bed bugs mold on curtains and when you tell front desk they told us nothing they can do. And when you ask for a refund they refuse to do it. My son his wife and 3 kids sleep in the car in the parking lot because bed bugs were so bad and they refused to give him a refund

This hotel is nasty my stay was terrible. They have a bad roach problem. And all the room doors looks like they have been kicked in. In the room door didn’t lock. When telling the staff about it nothing was done at all. We had booked our stay 5 days 4 nights our first night there. They go tell me that they can only refund me for 2 nights out of the 4. But I will not recommend them to nobody

Judging from the photos this place looked beautiful and clean, but those pictures must’ve been taken back when this place was first built, because it looked NOTHING like what I booked on the site. I tried getting a refund but was denied, so, no, I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Get.what you pay for.
Upon arriving the 1st room given to me had someone still in it. The 2nd room had a stuck lock and took 10 or more tries with the key card to get in. (This happened each time). No towels in the room, mattress felt like Styrofoam, felt clammy in the room. Overall a very unpleasant experience

For the price you can't beat it. While it does need to be updated a bit the rooms were nice and clean. Front desk was nice and helpful and provided everything I needed. No coffee maker in the room but they have coffee in the main lounge area. No clothes hangers either so bring your own. Room was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. My only complaint was that only 1 elevator works. Other than that everything was great and I will probably stay again.

We had mold in our room on the ceiling. Bathroom was tiny. My bedsheet had a cut in it. The staff was really nice though. Parking was easy.

I will say the lady at the front desk was awesome as far getting me in before check in But the hotel on the inside is nothing compared to pictures. The doors didn’t look close it shook every time somebody closed they door the couch was disgusting as HELL cigarette burns you name it the bathroom clean but had no hot water the beds was clean and comfortable FYI I only stayed there because I didn’t want to drive home a lot of the other guest felt the same way as I did and when asked if I could change my room they told me no I would sleep in my car if I ever had to stay there reality is the building has potential they just need to fix some things in there and the elevator a little kid almost got stuck in it. Oh yeah I stayed out the room most of the day and left at 830am and when I turned in the room key they said leaving so soon yes Good day !
