Later enjoy the private deck off the master bedroom with views that overlook the Atlantic ocean and Kingston Plantation resort.

Our guests have access to the following:

While VRBO guests do NOT have access to the pools at Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel or the Splash Waterpark, you WILL have exclusive access to the Brighton pool and the Kingston Plantation Master Association pools...for access to a total of THREE pools during your stay! Note the access to the adjacent waterpark is not included with this condo.

Everything is provided -- just bring your swimsuit and beach towel!

Wonderful stay, very clean condo
Condo is in a very nice area on Kingston plantation. The unit itself was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, host provided plenty of towels and Linens. I’m actually trying to find a pillow like the ones they had there. Condo was pretty quiet which suited us well. Beautiful property and there were several nice neighborhoods nearby where we could ride our bicycles. The beach was not crowded at all, and was very clean. Fresh cut flowers left by the maid was a very nice touch. Just a heads up that sport umbrellas are not allowed on this area of the beach. We got a notice from the local police That we had to use our sport umbrella like a regular umbrella standing straight up Instead of like a tent on the beach. Great host, would stay again.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location.
I recently stayed here for a girls trip. The condo is beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The host was very responsive, even checking in mid-week to see if we needed anything. Check in/out was a breeze. The restaurant/brewery next door is a must. I highly recommend a stay here.

The unit is exactly as described and shown in pictures, but is even nicer in person. It had everything we needed, was extremely clean and comfortable, the master is huge, bed is very comfortable, and both bathrooms are beautiful. I love how the balcony stretches from the living room to the master, it's almost like 2 balconies in one and with a great view. And I can't say enough about the host, she was fantastic to work with! Very good at communication (and super fast!) and willing to work with us any way she could. Thanks for the excellent stay!

Cozy condo
It was a nice condo that had a good mattress and plenty of towels so that you didn't have to wash everyday. It had a good parking area and the pool was nice. This is not a reflection on the condo but the whole Kingston Plantation closes the pools at 800. So you can't go out in the evening once the sun goes down to enjoy the pool or hot tub. This was the theme of the whole kingston plantation. But the condo itself was good.

The room was lovely. It had all of the amenities listed, as well as others. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need. There were enough extra towels for the whole stay. The Xbox was a great extra. The kids loved it. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The host left well explained instructions for the electronics that may be hard to figure out. I did not expect the extra beach toys and accessories that were available, but they were a nice touch!! We did not have one minute of trouble with the booking process or the whole trip.

Nice location, clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. 2nd floor with 3 elevators. The balcony faces water parks that are not a part of the building amenities. You can see the ocean to the right. Easy access to ocean and swimming pool. Caroline was communicative. A little stressful with all the rules and fees for breaking rules but understand their concerns.

My son wanted to go down to Myrtle Beach and hit the water park for his birthday! My wife found this place and after looking at the reviews and photos we knew it would be perfect! Well the pictures didn’t do this place justice! This condo is big clean and full of nice little touches! has so much to offer! Absolutely perfect! And location was also great! as the water park and Broadway at the beach were not far away plus the place we like to eat at was right down the road! I wish my wife and I’s June trip was not already booked! Because I would have booked this again! Thank you!

Communication could not have been better from the get go. Due to our travel situation coming into MB super early morning for a soccer tourney then having 9 hours until our second game, Caroline was very generous allowing us to get into the condo a tick early and for the same reason a late check out. Usually I bring my own bleach wipes and do a little cleaning upon arrival, but the place was spotless. Honestly it was the easiest vrbo I've ever stayed and I travel for a living. Great view of the ocean. Parking was super close and easy. Can't wait to go back ....
