Summary:
2nd floor (must climb stairs) Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing golf course view.
located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very comfy condo. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Small balcony with beautiful golf course view.
*Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
* Pool entry with red access key card only. You can find the key card in the kitchen drawer. (Key is photographed before each check in) please Keep the card in a safe with you and do not pass it to other people. Please make sure to return the key card to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card.
*NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

This was the first time my wife and I stayed at this property. We were impressed by the well maintained area, including the golf course visible out the condo window. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located for us. Restaurants were close, though most require a short drive. We'd certainly stay here again.

Small but okay for the small amount of time we spent inside during the day. Condo is in a multiple unit. Neighbors were very noisy late night. Unit is showing some wear and could use some renovation.

A new adventure
We have never been to Myrtle Beach before and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Yet was extremely clean and neat and very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was wonderful 10 minutes from the boardwalk and other useful shopping. We will definitely return to Myrtle Beach and this property available. The host was very accessible and thorough in communication. A great stay!

Just right for our visit.
My wife and I stayed here while we were meeting our 3rd grandchild. We recently adopted a dog who is 8 and transitioning to us still after only 3 months. Plenty of room for her to be comfortable and we didn't feel like she could hurt anything. Floors are wood or tile. Kitchen was fine but we spent most time away. It was quite and the golf course out the patio was very relaxing to look at. We saw the Blood moon from the balcony. It is a nice location and only 10 mins or so from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would use it again.

Great Location
This property was in a convenient location to grocery stores and not far from the beach. The neighborhood was very quite. Pool was very close to the condo. It was very pet friendly for the 4 legged one. Great view of the golf course. We could see the fireworks at Broadway from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.
