Check in was great, great staff, restaurant was decent, but we stayed in the Jamaican tower in the lower floor and the room was 2.5 stars at best very old and a lot of wear and tear on the walls and ceiling and the tub was dirty the room brought down the overall rating of the hotel

Very disappointed in this property!! My reservation was for an Ocean View room. When I arrived I was given a room by the pool with no Ocean View. The room smelled very musty and the sliding door did not work. It took 2 phone calls to front desk and then was told I would have to come to the front desk and they see what they could do. The front desk was not located at this property . Once I was given my new room it still smelled must and my room had the smell of marijuana in it. I went to go out on my balcony and the stench of marijuana was so strong that I could not sit outside. I called the front desk twice and was told that security would look into it. The smell continued until I left the next day. I am very glad that I was not traveling with my family. There is also no restaurant on premises as stated in the description. It is a dirty musty hotel and the staff is not helpful. I have never give a rating of one star before but am this time.

This property is one of the worst we’ve visited in Myrtle Beach for having things maintained. Everything was in need of repair! Everything was old, worn out, dingy, and dirty! We will never stay here again!

Property is on the renovation, which is creating a lot of noise and inconvenience. A lot of things are broken our floor at the ice machine and leaking water from the time we got there to the time we left our refrigerator was making a lot of noise we had roaches in the place check out we asked for late check out. We were late check out but security came to the door to get us to move out. It was time to check out Inconvenience made you feel very strange like you were delinquent

We had a one bedroom ocean front suite with a balcony. Very good for our party of three. Hotel is currently under construction and our room needed final improvements to be really nice. I suggest Expedia consider restaurant vouchers same as regular clients get with their reservations. We were surprised to find they are a time share hotel.

It was on the beach i had an ocean view. That's what i did like about the hotel. On the other hand there were small bugs to this day we do not know what was those bugs. The toilet ran all the time. The rugs were dirty they need to just replace them.

Maintenance issues , telephone in room didn’t work , freezer had an issue and made load noise and leaked on our food , the plugs for the kitchen sick didn’t fit so you could fill the sink to wash dishes . Three beds but only one had a blanket and the front desk told us no more available. Our friends asked for toilet paper and were told out of it .
