Patio out back on the waterway was gorgeous, great breakfast options, ample parking, very close to the beach and the outlet mall. Room was good size, water pressure was fantastic, floors needed to be mopped but otherwise room was clean.

From check in to check out .. the staff are amazing. Toni at the front desk was the sweetest and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area . That will be our go to stay next trip. Met some great people at the pool and on the deck . Keep up the excellent customer service.

Wonderful place
Room was very clean, smelled great. Bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor deck overlooking the water. Have stayed here several times before and will continue to for all our Myrtle trips

The eggs i didn't care for too much, but overall the breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Housekeeping only comes to your room upon your request (which was great so no one came without our permission). The pool was nice and clear, the wind kept blowing debris into the pool but they have a convenient pool net to scoop it out. Wifi set up was easy but not the strongest. Over all i give it a 9/10

Great Place
We rented this room at last minute because the Resort our family was staying at was filthy. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was very clean and the food was hot. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling.

I informed the front desk staff that the bedding was dirty. Her immediate response was “yeah it’ll be that way because you didn’t request room service.” I said we just checked in today what do you mean? It’s all wrinkled, obviously slept in and there’s blonde curly hair all on the sheet. She said oh sorry one moment. She went to the back and got new sheets and tried to hand it to me. I said “so you want me to change the bedding of the dirty room that you gave me?” She said “I didn’t give you that room I just got here. I’m the only one here so I can’t leave the desk and go change it for you. Give me one moment” after a couple minutes she said the best I can do is change your room. I smiled in an attempt to lighten the mood and said that’s great, thanks. When I went back to her to get the new room key she didn’t even look at me. She rudely set the keys down on the counter and said “there”. I didn’t realize at first she was trying to give me the keys. She then slid them a bit closer to me without saying anything. I said thank you for your help and she said “mhm”.

Great Hotel!! Friendly staff! Budget Friendly!
The staff were friendly. We had forgotten our hairbrushes (both guests lol) and they were able to provide us combs. They gave us fresh towels daily upon request. The double queen room was comfortable - the bed was soft and heavenly. The food was good. The coffee bar was delicious! The room was clean and the a/c was blowing. The pool area was fun for relaxing. We found out when we got there that they are pet friendly (got to see lots of doggos). It was very close to everything and the beach was just a mile and half away. If you're on a budget (versus the expense of oceanfront hotels) this hotel was great!!!

Rooms and facility seemed clean, convenient location. Room service never cleaned rooms requested 3 days in a row and never came had to get new towls each day at front desk. Dogs were supposed to only be on first floor they had them on 3rd floor. And after first night whole floor smelled like Marijuana eveyday reported 4 of the 5 days with no change.
