I love my room n the quietness around it seeing the horses walkby daily was amazing having ocean with plenty of space to move around . I didn't like that their were someones used fake fingersnails in every room on the floor including the balcony 🤔. Somebodys socks were found on the floor in the second bedroom.pubic hair all over the wall n the tub of the master bedroom. My air was blowing out cold air i got sick i called the front desk they sent up maintenance but he said we share the same unit heat n air wt the people next door so they had it on air conditioner at 45 degrees outside we had ours on 75 but no help still blew out cold air till the sun heated our room. Other than that i loved the view the maid could've cleaned our room better for my birthday weekend get away The dishes in the dish washer was still dirty i had to rewash them so i could use them to cook

I was not comfortable after seeing the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the fact i called front desk and they gave me windix and said it has ammonia in it that will clean it i was dissatisfied with the condition of the bathroom even down to the toilet but everything else was great i just really hate the way that night went and how i felt was even worse with the outcome from front desk no help at all was told to wait for a manger the next day because this wasn't her normal property she works at 🤔 not even a recommendation to switch rooms smh i will stay again under better conditions

Roaches in the room. Hotel staff was helpful in accommodating me but the other room was not any better. Staff was nice about cancelling my reservation so I could go elsewhere.

Everything about the property was great! Great view, friendly customer service, enough space for everyone to enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools. I just wish there was a space for a small complimentary breakfast but at least it was walking distance to good food spots.

Excellent location, the two bedroom oceanfront condo I reserved was clean and everything was in working order. Despite it being an event weekend, the elevators were efficient with short wait times. The staff were polite and friendly. Check in was quick and easy, check out was a breeze. Parking was a short walk away and was covered, well lit and felt secure. Didn’t use the pool or fitness areas but looked well maintained. The ocean views were great though somewhat obscured by the palm trees but I did appreciate the beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Convenient location to many area attractions and was so quick to go down and get to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Only change I can think of is reserving a higher floor for better views but I was not disappointed at all. I was there for a short stay but unit has everything I needed. Starbucks on the premises was a bonus. Will be back!

Slow drain
The bathtub was clogged, so it was a very slow drain. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain was barely closed. They maxed out the air conditioner at 69°. Other than that I guess it was all right.

This property is awful! I made a reservation for a single queen and got two double beds. The AC didn’t work; blew out hot air. The sliding glass door went off track every time we opened it. The room floor was visible dirty. The furniture was worn: finish was peeling off; drape/curtain over sliding glass door was torn; bathroom faucet dripped all the time; bed sagged in the middle. Advertised as serving continental breakfast, but one had to go to Starbucks next door.

Fall get away
As a last minute booking for a place to stay while looking at real estate, this was perfect. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or beach but the location was close to the boardwalk and restaurants.

I really liked that the boardwalk was so close me and my son walked all the way down to the sky wheel and back. Has indoor pools with is very nice.

The resort was great, the only problem I had was when I checked in, I waited like 20 minutes for service, the lady was in the back talking to someone and told me she would be with me in a few but it was actually like 20 minutes. Then she came to the counter and had an attitude so unprofessional, she acted as if my card information was not in the system the she told me I needed the physical card, I explained to her it was an virtual card she insisted that she needed the card, the I showed her the virtual card then she entered the information with no problem, it took me about 30 to 40 minutes to check in that was so not called for.

Absolutely wonderful. A little more pricey than I thought it should be for as small as it was. You could barely get in the room and get the luggage cart in to unload it. And the fact that it only had a mini fridge and microwave. Not a full size fridge or stove. And two full size beds. Staff was amazing though and clean rooms.
