This comfortable condo on the 20th floor with ocean view balcony

Very nice condo as advertised.
Overall, the condo was just what we expected- a nice, small place for a great price. Everything was in working order and the furniture was in good shape. There were a few minor things we found during our stay, but Janet was great to work with and took care of us. The beach is beautiful and the location is great-- close to all the things we wanted to do. The view is spectacular from the 20th floor!

Room clean, beautiful ocean view, liked full kitchen. Bathroom fan noisy ( just needs fan blades cleaned, during storm there were bubbles at base of storm door to balcony. Parking access a little inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

We stayed for 5 days at the end of august and it was exactly as listed! The owner was kind super detailed and responded fast. Check in and parking was a BREEZE! Everything was just perfect actually literally no complaints!

Great place to stay
The communication from the host was great weeks prior to the trip and right before the trip began. Instructions were clear timely! The place was just as described and the pictures were accurate (except there are no red chairs on the balcony, but there are the 2 white chairs and a table. Bonus that there were 3 beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet. They were used a lot! Kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Getaway
My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for 5 days for a perfect beach getaway. Great views, great condo, fit our needs perfectly. We had the best time together! Definitely recommend and would stay again, hands down!

We had a great time, the place is just as listed. The apartment is clean, but it has just the basics. You will need to buy extras if you can’t bring it with you. We very much enjoyed our stay and Janet was very helpful, even tried to help us find a room for an extra night due to the global it outage.

Great firework show on July 4
Highly recommend coming here for July 4 weekend, especially if you have kids that love fireworks. We had fireworks right off the balcony on the 20th floor. Pay attention to the information provided by the host, as the parking is on another road.

Very nice and clean place. Great ocean views from balcony. The carafe to our coffee pot was broken and Janet had a new one delivered to our door the next day. Convenient located in Myrtle close to anything and everything. We would definitely book here again.

Beautiful View!!
This is the pefect place for a quick get a way for me and my 15 year old son. This condo is in the perfect location, convenient to everything and walking distant to alot. The sunrise in the morning is spectacular with a cup of coffee on the balcony! Would definately recommend!

What a View
My fiancée and I were hoping to find a romantic get away for a long weekend, and this place exceeded our expectations. The 20th floor balcony overlooking the ocean & beach is breathtaking. But the condo offers much more than a oceanfront view. It is a cozy place with a living room immediately inside the back porch. The kitchen is right-sized for a short stay and the bedroom is nice. We would have preferred one king size bed instead of two queen beds, but the listing was clear in describing number/types of beds (in other words, it was our choice). That being said, the mattress and pillows are simply fantastic. Additionally the oversized tub for the shower was a nice surprise. Thank you Janet for everything and we look forward to coming back again!

The view from our room (20th floor) was amazing it had everything we needed to get started such a toilet paper napkins dish soap laundry soap fully equipped kitchen coffee maker refrigerator dishwasher stove with a cooktop all the pots pans and dishes including silverware about a 1 mi walk to the center of town and the SkyWheel parking was about half a block away the front desk staff was friendly it had several on-site pools although they are not indoor it did have a hot tub and beach access we would stay here again

Cozy layout, Incredible views, & Excellent hosts
I work from home and decided to snowbird for a month in Myrtle Beach. This condo was absolutely gorgeous with a cozy and comfortable set up. It immediately felt like home. The views were incredible, each day waking up to a beautiful sunrise and ending the day with a dazzling sunset. The host was phenomenal and extremely responsive to all my needs. I’m ready to go back and will definitely be snowboarding again next year in this exceptional condo. These accommodations made the trip even more relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you so much for making my trip even better than expected.

Great Introduction to Myrtle Beach!
We loved this property! The condo is as advertised— clean, comfortable and well equipped. Terrific location too, right on the beach, about one mile from the boardwalk with plenty of eating places around, plus lots of nearby stores for supplies (Walmart, Food Lion, Total Wine, and the like). We stayed nine nights in early January and enjoyed the off season quiet. The beach is great for walking and the balcony has a terrific view. Good for stargazing too.
