HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings.

RESORT FEE: A mandatory Resort Fee required by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA is subject to taxes and must be collected in full on each reservation.
