Very pleasant surprise, a jewel.
We have stayed at several facilities in Muscatine ranging from very high end to the lower, economy end - I will tell you that this stay, at this facility was excellent. Frankly speaking, we were surprised how this relatively small hotel made us feel like we were important across the board. We do not take this lightly as we stay in hotels for 200+ nights/year. They simply give 100% and you can enjoy those efforts - really great job, keep up the great work.

Great room & staff. Waffle maker ALWAYS broken.
Excellent room. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. This is our third visit so far this year, 2024, and the waffle maker has never once worked correctly. I reported it every time and they just post an Out of Service sign on it. It needs to be replaced!! It's that simple. The waffles are the only item I eat for the free breakfast. When it doesn't work it forces me to spend additional money on breakfast at a restaurant.

The staff was great and they accomodated my request for a floor level room by the door so i could take my dog out every so often. They were very friendly and i would definitely return there in the future.

Parking lot was kind of small and full, and several children were playing in the parking lot on the side of the hotel when I pulled in at 9:30pm. Otherwise, everything was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, smelled fresh, water pressure was great, shower was hot. Bed was super comfortable.
