Low communication - fireplace did not work - broken chair
The cabin was fine. Pictures were good. Property was very clean. No problem with the major details; however… there were only stones for steps down a very steep hill to get to the port b. No grave on parking area. It rained and was an absolute mud hole. The stone steps were wobbly and dangerous especially when wet. No handrail. Very difficult for senior adults. There was a large broken chair in the living room. It should not have been left in the room. Two of the legs were missing and laying on a table by the TV. Luckily no one sat in the chair as it looked fine. I put my arm on the chair to sit down and it wobbles to the floor. I called the property manager and was told someone would call me back, four days later… no call back. We also discovered the fireplace would not work. No one to tell - no call back. There was some difficulty checking in. Internet service and cell service at this property is scratchy at best. The property manager waited till check in time to send me the door code. No phone, no internet… no message. Had to leave the property find phone service to get the email with the code. One inside the property, I had to reset the internet router to connect to very limited on/off internet for the next four days. Again, the property was as advertised and clean. Beware if you need cell and internet, if you have mobility issues and have to deal with rock steps down. Hull with no handrail and no calls returned to get a chair and fireplace fixed.
