Located in Muros de Nalón, the house is located just 5 minutes walk from the Marques de Muros square, as well as all the necessary services (supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, school, pharmacy, health center, sports center). Aguilar Beach is less than 2km away, as is Playa de las Llanas. San Esteban de Pravia can be reached by car or by walking along the Coastal Path San Esteban de Pravia - Playa del Aguilar (6.5 km), where you can enjoy the mouth of the Nalón river. At 5km from the house is Cudillero, one of the most famous fishing villages in Asturias for its orography, historical set of churches, amphitheater, colorful houses and fishing and nautical port. Cudillero has spectacular views from the lighthouse or the watchtower. Also at its entrance through the Pito, there is Quinta de Selgas, a 19th-century palace and garden complex that houses a museum with pictorial works of the Italian, French, Flemish and Spanish schools from the 15th to the 19th centuries.
