In addition, the house is only 10 minutes by car from the coastal areas of Platges de Muro and Can Picafort and its spectacular beaches. There you can enjoy a great gastronomic offer, countless shops and multiple activities. On the other hand, Port d'Alcúdia and Port de Pollença are a 25-minute drive from the property.
Air conditioning:
- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in three bedrooms. In the other rooms you will find fans / radiators at your disposal.
