The property is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor lounge with access to a small front terrace, open to the fully equipped and exit to the rear terrace and pool lounge kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with two single beds, an upstairs bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower and access to a large terrace with views, and two bedrooms with two single beds each that share a bathroom.

Air conditioning hot and cold throughout the house, mosquito nets throughout the house, equipped with internet access / Wifi.

The distance to sandy beach, just about 300 meters, near restaurants, shops, etc.

It is also the perfect location for nature lovers, as the Nature Park of "S'Albufera" in the near. S'Albufera Nature Park is on 1708 hect. of land and has true beauty value. This area "Sa Comuna de Muro" forms part of the Nature park and it connects directly to the beach itself, making this whole area a true virgin paradise!
