Beautiful large villa and recent construction located in the municipality of Muro on a farm of 12,500 m2. The total area of the house is 275 m2 distributed so that the house has large common areas and open spaces, as well as various bathrooms and all amenities. The interior decoration is luxurious and elegant.
The house can accommodate 12 people with its spacious double bedrooms. All of them have air conditioning and heating. We have two bedrooms with double beds, the rest have two single beds in each.The house has a total of 4 bathrooms with shower and a toilet.Inside we can see the living room with a comfortable TV space with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining space and we will also find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
It is actually the ideal summer residence to receive guests or for large families. We also find various outdoor areas, terraces and verandas to enjoy the exterior of the house and its unobstructed views.
The house, with a green and extensive land has a large pool with waterfall where we can cool off, and a porch and terrace where we can have dinner enjoying the summer breeze with the best company.We will also enjoy your chill out and sunbeds ideal for sunbathing, or your barbecue to enjoy the best grilled flavors. The little ones can also enjoy a playground in the garden with a slide and swings.
The property has several parking available and Wifi in all spaces of the villa.

The coastal area of the Bay of Alcúdia with its magnificent beaches is only 2 km away, as well as various restaurants, shops etc. The town of Muro is only 7km from the house.
