The semi-detached new build house "Gaviotas" is situated in a dream location, directly on the beach of white sands and crystal-clear waters of Playa de Muro, with unbeatable views and private access to the beach.

The outdoor area features a furnished terrace for al fresco dining, chill-out furniture for relaxation on one of its comfortable sunbeds overlooking Playa de Muro, an elevated and furnished terrace to enjoy the views of the sea and its crystal-clear waters. Its lawn offers space for children to play or for sunbathing.

The modern, well-maintained house is distributed over 3 floors and accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It has an open kitchen to the living room, bright and modern, a dining-living room with wifi and Smart TV where you can spend pleasant moments with friends or family, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom, dressing room, and spectacular views of the sea. One of the rooms has a double bed and a ceiling fan, and another room has 2 single beds. One bathroom is located on the first floor. Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Perfekte Lage
Direkt am Strand. Jedoch nicht so ruhig, da die Nachbarn kleine Kinder hatten und das Hotel gleich nebenan viel Animation hatten. Das war wohl einfach eine laute Woche. Ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein schönes, sauberes Haus vorgefunden, fühlten uns im Urlaub sehr wohl und konnten die Nähe zum Strand genießen. Auch die Umgebung mit Supermarkt und Restaurants war für uns passend. Wer lange Strandspaziergänge mag, wird sich wohlfühlen. Das Wasser ist flach und daher gut für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer geeignet. Im Hotel nebenan ist bis ca.22Uhr Programm, aber dann ist Ruhe. Der Mietwagen kann in der Garage geparkt werden oder auch neben dem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Das Haus liegt an einer top Lage. In den beiden unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es nur Deckenventilatoren. Im heissen Sommer war das zu wenig. Klimaanlage wäre besser.
