The hotel does not have an airport shuttle anymore. Staff was very helpful to book a taxi to airport but the taxi driver was very rude and drop me somewhere between the terminals. I had to walk in the rain with my luggage

My towels were dirty. I booked this place specifically because a shuttle was mentioned and when I got there they informed that there was no more shuttle. I did receive a message saying that the cost for a shuttle would be €10 and nothing happened. There was no phone in my room to reach out to the front desk about the towels. Breakfast was very limited, not worth the cost I paid for.

Clean budget hotel. Good for overnight stays for early morning flights. Public transport is limited and difficult to navigate. The room we stayed was clean. They don’t have many options for breakfast. Airport is 15 minutes by taxi which costs around €25. Overall nice and quiet hotel.

Typical of European hotels, efficient, clean and differently decorated. Breakfast was exceptional!! Lots of choices and great coffee machines!! Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful!! Will stay again if we travel to Munich and need an airport hotel! There was a really good Italian restaurant directly across the parking lot that had great food and service!! Highly recommend if staying in this particular hotel, for dinner.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was challenging as the shower head was too heavy to stay in the holder (it was a handheld). The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Breakfast was okay. My partner was disappointed the pancake maker was out of order.

We had only 1 short night stay after late arrival at Munich airport and the basics needed were covered. However, my husband had to go to reception and asked for extra pillows and bath towel even though my booking was for 3 guests, we were only provided 2 sets. The rooms and doors were in pink ;) and room size was rather small. We liked and appreciated the bathroom floor heating. Breakfast was basic continental style and was sufficient to refuel before we leave. Check out was key drop which was convenient. Shuttle transport provided by hotel was a little too expensive (€10 one way), regardless of children's age. So we took uber instead. Location is near airport, not really an airport hotel where we could just walk over conveniently from arrival hall. No amenities nearby hotel vicinity so best to get own food and drinks at airport supermarket before heading over. Hotel lobby provides some snacks and drinks for purchase.

Shuttle bus only goes one way, from the Hotel to the Airport. Drops off at T1. Room has no refreshments at all. Clean and fuctional.
