The property is new and well maintained. Everything is clenan. Yet it is very spartan, a few hooks and hangers must do. The double room is miniscule. The place is suited for business travellers but it is not recommendable for leisure stay.

Loved the Motel One Munchen-Olympia
The Motel One Munchen-Olympia Gate is a awesome place to stay while visiting Munich. The front desk clerks are second to none. They are willing to assist you with any requests - big or small. The Motel One is situation just 15 steps from the Tram which give you easy access to attractions or the U-Bahn. There are lots of good restaurants close to Motel One. The Olympic Park is within walking distance -- if you go to the Olympic Tower on your birthday - it's free. The housekeeping was great too!

Pricey for the smallest room they gave us.
It is a minimalist approach to hotels, so you don’t get much cupboard space if you stay for 4 nights and need to unpack everything, and you are two adults. But the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the shampoo and hand wash organic. The window opens up like a patio door which was nice. We were on the 6th floor so enjoyed the sunset views from our teeny, tiny room. It’s a bit pricey for what I would normally pay for a room of this caliber, but the location suited us, which was why we settled for its price. So, unless it’s location is what you’re after, it’s not worth the price.
