Perfect area close to the train station and easily walkable to all the attractions. On the tram lines as well as nearby the hop on/off bus stops. Staff were very kind and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for staying in Munich. There are some good restaurants nearby as well if arriving on Sunday.

Good location, 2mins from mumich hbf with all public transport access. Direct S bahn from airport. Spacious room, very comfortable with free mini bar. Staff were really friendly . Good breakfast variety. Would highly recommend.

This is a good hotel. Positives are many: location, breakfast, people, decor are great. One minor complaint (this could have been the particular room) is that the room while decorated nicely and functioning well in all aspects had the smell of “old clothes”.

Perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Munich
Great little hotel in a very walkable location to all the sights. I was worried about noice level from the street at night but the windows are new and help with sound. Complimentary mini bar, staff extremely helpful with directions and train system. Breakfast is included which is large delicious and varied. Charming decor and festive atmosphere for Oktoberfest. The Italian restaurant Ca’d’Oro on the corner is excellent as well.

Great hotel and great staff. We came here for the Oktoberfest but the proximity to the train station (for day trips) and the old town area of Munich were also big advantages. Clean, professional and well appointed hotel with excellent staff. Also the breakfast was incredible - American and European options in abundance and a nice way to start the day. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

The hotel was great and so convenient being located right next to the Hauptbahnhof. Everything was super clean and we loved the free mini bar in the rooms. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and bar where the food was amazing and the bartenders were incredible. Especially loved Dimi who would research any drink he didn’t know how to make and would create it for you.

This Hotel Provided (in the Lobby) free Coffee, pretzels, Umbrellas Portable charging options. The Restaurant breakfast options were excellent, hot and cold breakfasts, pastries and breads were also available. Bar staff were all friendly and courteous. The rooms were excellent plenty of space, storage and power outlets (just no USB outlets)

Unfortunately can’t stay here again and probably put off going to a Mercure hotel in future as the air conditioning was rubbish. You can hear the fan but couldn’t feel any cold air. Room was stuffy which isn’t good for a migraine sufferer. At 6am they were pushing extremely loud trolleys. Upside was the staff were very nice and polite and bed was comfy.

This property is convenient to the main train station. However, the air conditioning never worked properly in our room. We were told it could not be corrected. They only offered fans. It was extremely difficult to sleep. They said changing rooms would not help. The room also smelled bad. I would advise against staying at the hotel.

This property is clean and in a central location. The location is not the safest and is loud. Plus the AC doesn’t really work so windows need to be open and is loud outside. The breakfast is well kept and delicious. Just the area to me is not the safest.

It was a terrible experience. When you enter the room, you are hit by the smell of dust and dirty carpet. The air conditioning does not work; more precisely, it makes noise but does not cool down. The hotel garden has construction works, and if you want to have a cup of coffee there anyway, be prepared for a view of the workers' work clothes hanging and drying. Breakfast—dishes that should be served hot are completely cold. To Accor headquarters - what is happening to your hotel in the centre of Munich requires your quick response!

Surprisingly big room with free minibar— meaning the content could be consumed free of charge! Restaurant in the lobby but seems expensive. So decided to go elsewhere to eat. Reasonable choices in the area (walking distance). Super close to central train station.
