The hotel was very clean and in a very good location in front of the central station, close to old town and Oktoberfest. It was beside a strip club so at night it felt a bit weird to walk home when it was a bit darker. But overall, great staff, clean rooms, and comfy beds!

Sie sein Deutsch aber…… they also speak English and are super helpful but I do warn they they call a cab for you during Oktoberfest … watch the taxis they will try to take advantage of you and charge you more (not the hotels fault just an FYI).. other wise gear place to stay

The hotel allowed us to check in much earlier than the posted time . The staff was great ,very helpful with directions and questions. The piano player in the bar was excellent. The location was very close walking distance to the main train station. The breakfast was very good with alot of choices.

It was close to Octoberfest which why we stayed there. No coffee maker in the room or coffee to go offered. The staff was very friendly.

Ideal location, but as all big city train stations have a unique population around them. A little rough at night to me but typical of other train station area hotels. Clean and well run once inside. Could heat the pool a little more

Property was very close to Oktoberfest entrance and to main central station. But, this is not a 4 star hotel. Our first room did not have hot water so we were put into a different room. The showers don’t have doors and the water gets all over the restroom floor. it was a lower standard than what we are used to. Would not stay here again.
