The room was clean; the staff were accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel was difficult to find. The streets are blocked off and there is a canapy saying tabledance obscuring the hotel sign.

Staff were nice and helpfull. Location close to transportation. Room was not the best. NO AC IN THE WHOLE HOTEL. Small noisy fan, and they did not change it as i request. Its vibration and noisy was very high. if temperature is high, do not try it.

Red-light district, so it wasn't very clean or safe. The room had no air-conditioning and only one electric fan. Because the room had large windows facing the sun, it was impossible to get the room to cool down until several hours after sunset with the only one available window that was open, poor air circulation. I asked for another fan since we had 4 people and 4 beds, but hotel staff refused to give another. With only 1 fan, it was impossible to get circulating air to everyone. It was a miserable experience. The elderly could have certainly died from heat exhaustion in that room. 2 out of us 4 had heat rashes because of the room and that made it all the worse.

Pros: very close to the city center and public transportation. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was okay. Cons: NO AC! They provide a fan that hardly makes a difference and rooms are humid. Bathrooms shower also looked like it had mold. Rooms did not get cleaned everyday and we had to keep asking for towel and toilet paper.

Our host Tatiana was amazing! She spoke English! Gotta love Munich. Also another big plus is breakfast. Can’t beat what this place could offer. Just a warning the outside is very sketchy lots of activities. Other than that if you need a room just to sleep this is for you.

Bad location and no air conditioning. They said it is a 4-minute walk from the station, but it's actually around 8-10 minutes, which makes a big difference when you have luggage. The area is loud and sketchy. I believe there is a “live show” besides this hotel. Also, while the room is soundproof with the window closed, there's no air conditioning, so you have to open the window or end up sweating all night. I contacted Expedia to request a move to another hotel due to discomfort, but they said it depends on the hotel manager. This hotel is not cheap and isn’t worth it. I found another hotel closer to the station with air conditioning for a better deal. The receptionist told me that most of the time they don’t allow refunds. I paid over $600 for 3 nights. This is the worst experience I have had with Expedia and a hotel. I wish I had researched more to avoid this big disappointment.

This was a good value hotel, with a decent sized room and bathroom facilities a couple of minutes from the central station, and a ten minute walk to the old town, although the entrance is actually hard to find the first time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the noise. One of the local bars beneath the hotel had music on most of the night both nights I was there. But the facilities for the price made this a good value hotel.

I got a great deal on a wonderful hotel. I felt very comfortable and welcome here and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I’m very grateful that I found this hotel and would always book it again preferably. It’s located within 5 minutes walking distance from Munich central train station with all kinds of transit options including FRA and MUC International Airports per local public transportation and regional trains. This is the place to go whether the purpose of your stay in Munich is business or leisure. Would always recommend. Oh and a perk for me personally is that the music in the elevator is Frank Sinatra. Great breakfast buffet with continental breakfast and regular breakfast options. Coffee is great here. The staff does everything to make you feel comfortable and all of my problems were solved and all questions were answered.
