We travelled as a family with a 4 and 1 year old. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the interconnecting family rooms we had were absolutely amazing. The tent was a big hit and the little extras like a step and a toilet seat in the bathroom and a nightlight in the kids bedroom were great! The buffet breakfast had something for everyone, the train stopped right outside and went directly to the airport one way and into the centre the other way. Really could not recommend this hotel enough for families. Thank you!

Hilton Munich City hotel service is very unfriendly especially the female staffs. I booked this hotel and check in suppose to be 3pm but the female staff said 4pm.
