Let me start with the staff...they were knowledgeable in aii Factes, and answered all our questions. The hotel beautiful and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only Critique, Is that the shower is not a walk-in (At least in the room that I had) and the glass wall only covered half of the tub. Just a matter of preference on my part. But overall, a great place to stay. The trams and train are very close. We took the train from Prague to Munich and the hotel was a 15 minute walk. If you don't have any quarrels about the bathtub then I highly recommend this hotel. By the way the breakfast is worth every penny.

Staff lovely, spacious room. Only negatives were the room temperature and the shower temperature. The shower was either scolding or freezing. Room was blistering hot, even with the heating off. Had to leave the windows open all night even when it was -2 outside

The room was nice, although I didn't like the lay out. The TV could do with an upgrade, very old TV, no netflix. The room was nice but it was a weird lay out. Staff seemed friendly enough but a little miserable, although the evening staff were better.

Excellent hotel. The neighborhood has a famous bier hall with an excellent menu. Very friendly. The rest of the neighborhood is somewhat drab, but not dangerous or anything. Metro system close by and a few stops from Marienplatz.

Not really something that the property could influence but road works happening and workers started from 6:30 am and unfortunately the windows could not block it out as it was right in front of the hotel on opposite side of the road. Other than that all Good
