Wonderful property!!! If you are looking for a clean, basis, simple room, in a great location (15-20 minutes walk to main station), and helpful staff (particularly the night staff - gentleman offered me an umbrella when it was raining even), and a great value. I would stay again - definitely. All that said, if you need more than basic and simple, this is not this is not the place for you.

First time in Munich, staff was excellent sharing information how to go to places and find transportation. Needs A/C really bad. All the front desk staff was great! Hotel is in a really convenient place, bakeries, restaurant, pharmacy, bus, trans, train, Marienplatz, etc are a few steps from this Location.

I Liked the location, the area surrounding and the staff. I did not like the fact it didn’t have air conditioning. I had to ask for a fan and keep the windows open all night. I suppose in the winter the hotel is quite good, because there was indication of adequate heating both in the room and in the bathroom!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. It was a bit noisy at night, though. Wi-fi access could have been better. Still, a great value for the money.

My stay was great. There are a lot of places to explore near by. Awesome restaurants very close to this place. Room was amazing, clean and comfortable.

The time itself was poor. The carpet was awful and the shower was broken and squirted all over the bathroom. The staff were nice.

Centrally located on a very busy nightlife area. Extremely noisy at all hours. Woken up by absolutely intoxicated guests banging on the doors at 3am. The carpet in our room was filthy and heavily stained. Only good thing was the bed were clean and comfortable.

Fernando, as per his account the manager of the property, was rude, unprofessional, threatened with calling the police if our car was not off the premises by 11 am. We cleared the room at 8 am in order to visit a museum and asked as a favour to check the car off the very small, filthy garage, filled with boxes and all kinds of items that should not be stored there in the first place, when returning at lunch. Fernando was offensive, did not resolute even when we asked for his supervisor, he said he is the supervisor, negotiated with another client a half hour later room check out for an extra $20, was annoyed by everything and made sure to sour the day of the few clients that wanted something from him that morning. Disturbing discussion and not permitted inflexibility for a customer relations representative. The management should reconsider their employees as the hotel might become the least desirable destination for clients. The person on duty the night before was very nice, friendly, helpful and all expected. A supervisor, such as Fernando claimed to be, should be everything like it multiplied by 10 and not the opposite. Anyway the parking space is strangely small, neighbourhood is noisy, and i will never recommend this property to any decent traveller .
