Beautiful hotel - with lots of little things to help your stay in the city (like a backpack in the room to borrow for going out during the day) plus the free minibar!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very hospitable. The room was an average size. The shower is exposed - so if you’re not alone ensure it’s someone you’re comfortable with. The bed is comfortable. The gym room is clean but has very little equipment - an elliptical and two bean weights to be exact.

Great staff, restaurant, rooms, and location! The decorations and vibe throughout are quite amusing and excellent! The lighting throughout is a little dark... aside from that, and even with that, would come back!

The hotel was good and perfect for what I needed - base for 2 day work trip. If I booked again in Munich, I wouldnt recommend staying so close to the central station which is known to be less safe than other areas (particularly for a solo traveller like me) but that was my fault for not doing enough research. The hotel restaurant, Neni was fantastic and the staff were so kind and helpful! My room was cosy but could have been slightly cleaner (just a bit dusty in parts) and the towels were tired.

We had a bumpy start at the hotel as we arrived and due to a technical issue the room wasn’t available for night 1 but the hotel sorted us another room nearby, were heat with compensation and then we we switched into the hotel it was amazing. Highly recommend. Will be back

No parking near by (hard with bags), but love this hotel!!! The sauna is awesome, downstairs restaurants is great and excellent attention to detail. Downside- no coffee in the large room, suits only (seems cheeky).

The hotel is so noisy you literally can’t sleep so it’s just not worth the money. The area is not great around the hotel either. The shower flooded all over our floor. Whilst it’s quirky and looks cool without sleep what’s the point in paying for a hotel?
