I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.

The property was not bad especially for staying 2 nights. The area is a bit noisy and the outside area was dirty. Hotel was basically hidden and not clearly visible from the main road, room maintenance could be better. We did like the apartment style two bedroom option since we were a big family traveling with children. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Don't expect to check in before noon
Had email confirmation that they would allow early check in (assuming they had availability). I showed up at 6am, as my flight landed at 2, fully expecting to have to wait a few hours. Instead they told me they had rooms available, but if I wanted to check in before noon, it would cost INR5000 + tax. For reference, that's a 150% markup from the full per-night cost. I slept in the lobby for 6 hours then checked in. Upon check out, the lobby was full of people with the same story. Seems they're running a bit of a racket, hoping you're tired enough from your international flight that you'll just fork up the cash for some AC and a bed. Other than that, the restaurant is exceptional, and the manager Joseph makes an effort to speak with all the guests. An overall great experience, other than the first 6 hours.

Great value for price. 1. Rooms were much better than expected and the cleanliness was great. 2.The bathrooms were the best part of the rooms. 3. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive, however, has good food with great service. 4. The only big problem with this hotel is that it is overshadowed by the bigger hotels around it. Hence, most of the local drivers are not able to find it. Even Uber driver's struggle because the hotel has wrong google maps location.

There were noise issues from drunk customers and the bar on sight. Staff was helpful and cordial. The surrounding area was a bit dicey but lots of Mumbai is like that.
