- Next door is the very swanky Blacksmith Provedore (Bar, Pizzeria and Provedore, offering some of the regions finest ingredients, foods and wines).
- Just a few steps from your front door is the Lake Mulwala foreshore, with lake pool, boat ramp, kids playground, BBQ facilities, grassy lawns, and plenty of shade from the natural established willow trees.
- Lake Mulwala Fish Camp Ski are also a few doors down (get all the fishing news here)
- Lake Mulwala BBQ Boat Hire is located at this foreshore too!
- just a short walk to Hick’s Butchers, the Supermarket and the Bakery.
- enjoy the bike paths out to Kiffan’s Reserve
- take a short drive to Bundalong or the Rutherglen Wine region.

Wonderful property and location
This is a really spacious two bedroom villa with quality, modern decor and furnishings. It is also really well equipped. Location, a few metres from Lake Mulwala is also perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.
